What our guests says about facilities
The hotel offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences
Spacious and Comfortable
My room at the Sheraton Grand Hiroshima was impressively spacious with large windows offering an very nice view of the city. The separate wet room with bath and shower was a highlight, giving the room a luxury feel. Additionally, the amenities were great and the room was meticulously clean.

Buffet Breakfast Delight
The breakfast buffet was diverse, with both local and Western options. I particularly enjoyed the egg station where the chef made the best omelets using chopsticks - such a fun twist! Although it got busy in the mornings due to tourist groups, the staff managed the chaos remarkably well.

Premium Relaxation
I appreciated the spa and leisure facilities at the hotel. Though there was a small fee to use the pool, it felt well worth it for a chance to relax in a serene environment after a busy day of exploring Hiroshima's sights. The indoor pool area was well-maintained and offered a peaceful retreat.

A Room with a View
The room feature included a stunning view of the Shinkansen trains zooming by, adding a unique backdrop to my stay. While there weren't many English-speaking channels available on the TV, the room's layout and comfort allowed me to relax without needing much entertainment.
